2.3. User Content: By posting, uploading, or sharing any content on the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the content for the purposes of operating and promoting the App.

2.4. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities on the App, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, harassment, and violating others' rights.

3.1. Wallet Usage: The App may facilitate cryptocurrency transactions. You are solely responsible for managing your cryptocurrency wallets and transactions. We are not liable for any loss, damages, or issues arising from your use of cryptocurrency within the App.

3.2. Fees: We may charge fees for certain cryptocurrency transactions or services within the App. You agree to pay any applicable fees and acknowledge that they are subject to change.

4.1. Ownership: All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of FoodieCoin App or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

6.1 Reward Discretion: All rewards for meal posts are provided at the sole and absolute discretion of Plantee. Users acknowledge that posting plant-based meals does not guarantee eligibility for or receipt of any rewards, bonuses, or compensation.

6.2 No Entitlement: Users have no contractual right or entitlement to receive rewards for any meal posts, regardless of the content, quality, or frequency of submissions. Plantee reserves the right to determine reward eligibility on a case-by-case basis without providing specific reasons or criteria.

6.3 Reward Modification or Suspension: Plantee may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue the reward program in whole or in part. This includes but is not limited to changing reward amounts, eligibility requirements, or distribution methods.

6.4 Final Decision: All decisions regarding reward eligibility and distribution are final and non-appealable. Plantee is under no obligation to provide explanations for reward decisions or to respond to inquiries regarding specific reward determinations.

6.5 Anti-Fraud Measures: Plantee reserves the right to implement verification processes and anti-fraud measures. Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in immediate disqualification from rewards and potential account termination.

6.6 Technical Issues: Plantee is not responsible for technical failures, system downtime, or other issues that may prevent meal posts from being properly recorded or processed for potential rewards.

7.1. No Warranties: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

8.1. Liability Exclusion: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
